Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We ship all orders through Canada Post.
- Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
- Expedited/Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Free Standard Shipping: On orders above CAD $75
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

PO Boxes & Remote Areas
- We deliver to PO Boxes and most remote areas across Canada.
- Please note: delivery to remote regions may take longer than standard timelines.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at contact@deoolskins.ca with photos of the product and packaging.
- If your package is lost in transit, we will work with Canada Post to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Delivery & Returns
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Reshipping costs will apply for sending the order again.
